Getting Your Boss To Listen, and Really Hear

Product Description
You've heard the saying: "It's not what you know, it's WHO you know"? My experience is a bit different. It's about knowing how and when to communicate what you know to who you know.
No kidding. If you can't get the attention of managers, decision-makers and other people who can affect your career, and you can't talk "the right language", you aren't going to get what you want.
Whether you approach your boss for a raise, or additional responsibilities, or have this great idea to solve a problem, it's ALL in knowing how to present it.
That's what this helpcard is about. It's tightly written, clear, and you can learn the skills in less than thirty minutes. Of course, it's up to you to apply what you've learned, but we can only help you so much.
Over to you.
So much of our success at work depends on communicating with managers and those above so they can hear -- really hear what we have to say. How do you get a raise, for example? You have to state your case upwards in the organization. How do you get your great cost-saving idea implemented (and get credit for it)? You have to "get through" to your manager to make a case for it. No matter how good you are at your job, to do well over time, and move your career forward you must have the communication skills, because managers and decision-makers are often so busy, and often distracted, so it's difficult to get their attention, keep it, and "sell" what you have to say.
You need to "get through the noise" in the heads of decision-makers.
Most people don't know how to do this, because they haven't had the opportunity to learn. Now that's changed.
In about 30 minutes, using our helpcard, you can learn the basics you need to increase the probability you can "break through the noise", be hear by your boss, and influence your boss.
Based on firmly established communication and psychological principles (not junk science), you'll be walked through all the elements you need to influence your managers. Can we guarantee success?
No. But we can guarantee by using these techniques, which are so easily acquired, you WILL increase the probability of successful influencing.
