Two layers of our classic dark chocolate cake, filled with a layer of silky, dark chocolate buttercream icing and crushed oreos, covered in a light, marshmallow icing. The cake is finished with crushed digestive biscuits, dark chocolate shavings, drizzled with melted dark chocolate, and finally blow-torched for a 'roasted marshmallow' effect.

Please note the marshmallow frosting is made from raw egg white.
