These are simple steps you need to do:

Drag images to the left side or browse your folders to find image files. The following formats are supported: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .tif. Add all image sizes that you need. You can load predefined sizes from a preset file (.txt). Format example: 24 x 24 50% x 32 Select the destination folder where all copies will be saved. Press the “Resize” button to save copies of your images with the specified sizes.
