This idea started from a conversation I had with a group of Caribbean professional women. The words, "black girl magic, black love, and natural hair" kept coming up in the conversation.  All of us being plus size black women, we shared stories about the dreads of finding T-shirts that fit and speak to us. Speaking for my own experience, I would go inside stores that didn’t catered to plus size i.e. forever 21 and Victoria secret and recreate what they are selling on their racks. It has been my struggle to find clothes with longer length to properly fit my body type. Having jeans tailored, shirts customized to fit, and not able to wear clothes as is. Its important to me to provide that service to my valued customers.
